North View's Strategic Objectives are:-

North View's Objectives for 2022/23 are:-
- That we complete the annual update of the Business Plan by 31st December 2022.
- That we adopt the Tenant Health and Safety Manual by 31st December 2022.
- That we develop a new Wider Role Strategy by 31st March 2023.
- That we complete a comprehensive Resident Satisfaction survey by 30th September 2022.
- That we install new bathrooms in the homes of 40 tenants by 31st March 2023.
- That we fit new gas windows in the homes of 40 tenants by 31st March 2023.
- That we fit new kitchens in the homes of 50 tenants by 31st March 2023.
- That we install 60 new flat enterance doors at 300-322 Ardencraig Road and 1 Dunagoil Street(Area M) by 31st March 2023.
- That we prepare a new tenants handbook ny 31st March 2023.
