Our Office is closed due to the current pandemic.  Our staff are working remotely and we are continuing to deliver a limited service to our tenants and customers, but due to the current circumstances, we are only able to carry out emergency repairs.  We can deliver food parcels to tenants who are struggling under current circumstances, and we can also signpost you on to other support organisations.  We have just finished compiling an updated information leaflet on benefits that may be applicable to you during the current pandemic.  The leaflet has been emailed out to all residents that we have email addresses for, but you can view it by clicking here.  Phone us on 0141 634 0555, free phone number 0800 0189760 or email us at enquiries@nvha.org.uk to report a repair, talk to a housing officer, request a food parcel, get benefits advice, or just get someone to talk to.  When you call, you’ll leave a message at switchboard and someone from North View will call you back.
