Returns

Over the course of a year, we submit information to the Scottish Housing Regulator, the OSCR (Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator), and the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority).

We submit the following information to the Scottish Housing Regulator:- our Annual Return on the Charter (ARC), Five-Year Financial Projections (FYFP), Annual Assurance Statement (AAS), and our Annual Loan Portfolio Return.
