Property Factors Act
The Property Factor's (Scotland) Act 2011, incorporating the new code of conduct, which came into effect on 16 August 2021. North View Housing Association, in line with this act, registered as a Property Factor effective from 1st November 2012. Our Property Factor Registration Number is PF000246, which you will see quoted on any documentation sent to you.
As required by the Property Factor's Act, the Association has produced a 'Written Statement of Services'. The Statement details:
