Buildings Insurance

The Association offers all owners the option to be included in our Common Buildings Insurance Policy through Zurich Insurance. The Policy covers each individual property for full reinstatement value.  The premium is collected through your Factors.

The excesses imposed on the policy is £250.00 for each claim. The Policy covers the usual Buildings Insurance perils which include Fire, Storm, Vandalism, Theft and Accidental Damage.  

Please note that the Association is responsible for ensuring that all properties are adequately covered and all owners, with their own Policy, must submit a copy to the Association on an annual basis.
