Quotas

When a property becomes available to let, it is offered to the person at the top of the Housing List. However, there are three Lists to choose from; the External Housing List, the Internal Housing List, and the Aspirational Housing List. The Association also promotes housing for homeless households referred to us from Glasgow City Council(Section 5 Referrals)

We try to make sure that each List gets a fair share of the properties, so we set an Annual Lettings plan with 'quota targets' to help us decide which List we go to.
