Repairs Service

Please refer to section ‘Reporting a common repair’.

The Association provides a comprehensive repairs service to ensure that our buildings are maintained to the highest possible standard. For owners, the repair service provided is for all the common and external parts of the property. All internal repairs are the responsibility of the owner.   These repairs will be recharged to owners through the annual invoice.

Stair Lighting

Scottish Power and Glasgow City Council provides this service, with the cost paid by the Association and recharged to owners through the annual invoice.

Stair Cleaning

This service is provided through the Association's contractor Caledonian Maintenance Services.  Where owners are in the majority within a block of flats they can opt out of this service.

Back Court Maintenance

This service is also provided by the Association's contractor Caledonian Maintenance Services who maintain the back court areas. Owners should contact Glasgow City Council to arrange uplift of any bulk refuse items. This can be done:

Estate Maintenance

Similarly to back court maintenance this service is provided by Caledonian Maintenance Services to keep the common areas within the estate tidy. However, this can only be carried out for the areas that are in North View’s ownership, Council land must be maintained by the Council.
