Pensions and Trade Union Membership

North View provides a pension scheme for all its employees.  Employees have the option of joining our Final Salary Pension Scheme, or a variant of our Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.

North View employees can join a trade union should they wish. EVH (the employer's body) negotiate with the union on behalf of its members (like North View) in relation to the terms and conditions of Employment, salary gradings, and pay. 'Unite the Union' is the primary Trade Union for 'housing'.
