North View's six Strategic Objectives are:-
to provide quality homes in a good environment at affordable rents;
to consolidate and improve tenant services, being responsive to tenant's priorities;
to invest in tenants' homes and manage our assets well;
to bring community support services to Windlaw, in partnership with others;
to improve housing opportunities in Windlaw and;
to be well governed, financially resilient, and a good employer
Our Objectives are reviewed annually in April.
North View's Objectives for 2025/26 are:-
that we fully implement new Estate Management procedures by 31t July 2025;
that we develop and test a new Disaster Recovery Plan by 30th November 2025;
that we develop an Energy Efficiency Statement by 31st December 2025;
that we install 40 new flat entrance doors by 31st March 2026;
that we fit new windows in the homes of 30 tenants by 31st March 2025;
that we fit new kitchens in the homes of 40 tenants by 31st March 2026;
that we fit bathrooms in 40 properties by 31st March 2026;
that we fully implement the new operational arrangements within the Housing Management department by the end of September 2025;
that the outcomes of the Resident Involvement Strategy consultation questionnaire and the final Action Plan are implemented by 31st December 2025, improving resident's opportunities to be involved with the Association and;
that the Tenancy Sustainment Policy be fully implemented by 31st December 2025, reducing the number of failed tenancies through abandonment, eviction or where the tenancy is terminated within 12 months from the date of entry
that we develop an overarching Value for Money Strategy by 31st December 2024
