North View's six Strategic Objectives are:-

to provide quality homes in a good environment at affordable rents;

to consolidate and improve tenant services, being responsive to tenant's priorities;

to invest in tenants' homes and manage our assets well;

to bring community support services to Windlaw, in partnership with others;

to improve housing opportunities in Windlaw and;

to be well governed, financially resilient, and a good employer

Our Objectives are reviewed annually in April.

North View's Objectives for 2024/25 are:-

that we review the Resident Improvement Strategy by 30th September 2024;

that we develop a Tenancy Sustainment Policy to further support the association's approach to helping tenants stay in their homes by 31st December 2024;

that we install 40 new flat entrance doors by 31st March 2025;

that we fit new windows in the homes of 25 tenants by 31st March 2025;

that we fit new kitchens in the homes of 32 tenants by 31st March 2025;

that we fully implement new estate management procedures by 31st December 2024;

that we finalise and implement a new Disaster Recovery Plan by 31st March 2025;

that we complete a comprehensive resident satisfaction survey by 31st October 2024 and;

that we develop an overarching Value for Money Strategy by 31st December 2024
